Thank you for your trust in booking with me. I value both of our time, and will do my very best to make you aware of any known changes in my schedule with as much advanced notice as possible. I ask for the same respect in regards to my schedule, therefor 50% of appointment reservation fee will be charged for cancellations under 48 hours without valid communication 100% of appointment reservation fee will be charged for a no-show appointment. If I were to no-show you or have and unprecedented event occur in which I needed to cancel with less than 48 hrs notice you would be given the same courtesy as a discounted or additional service.
